International law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (BCLP) has appointed Lloyd Stephenson as global director of inclusion and diversity, and recruitment.
In this newly created role, Stephenson will be responsible for BCLP’s global I&D and recruitment strategies, advancing the firm’s portfolio of “award-winning” inclusion and diversity initiatives and continuing to “develop and enhance” the firm’s recruitment efforts to attract the “best” talent.
