Queen appoints three Garden Court Chambers members as recorders

Garden Court Chambers has announced that Helen Foot, Emma Fenn and Gráinne Mellon have been newly appointed as recorders by the Queen on the advice of the Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales.
