Addleshaw Goddard advises on sale of Technique to Pixel Group
According to the firm, the addition of Technique will expand Perfect Image's footprint in the south east, adding to bases in Glasgow, Newcastle and Belfast
Addleshaw Goddard has advised the shareholders of IT managed services provider Technique on its sale to Pixel Group, the parent company of data analytics group Perfect Image.
The deal will see Berkshire-based Technique become part of Pixel Group, creating a specialist managed service provider supplying secure end-to-end IT solutions to mid-market organisations and SMEs across the UK.You'll need to
