Ashurst advises on one of UK’s first energy storage projects
Fuyo will become a shareholder of the operating company of the energy storage facilities with Nippon Koei and other partners

Ashurst has represented Fuyo General Lease Co.,Ltd. in relation to its participation in the development and operation of two battery energy storage facilities in Cuxton, Kent and Tollgate, St Albans, England.
It revealed the project is “one of the first” battery energy storage projects which is operated by Japanese companies in the UK.
Fuyo will become a shareholder of the operating company of the energy storage facilities with Nippon Koei and other partners.
