Blake Morgan has announced the promotion of the firm’s tax specialist, Lisa Davies, to partner.
Working from Blake Morgan’s Cardiff office, Davies leads the Succession and Tax team, specialising in contentious probate and complex trusts.
Additionally, she provides cross-office support to colleagues in London, Southampton and the Thames Valley, and she is a “critical part” of the Private Client leadership team.
Prior to joining Blake Morgan to head the Cardiff team in 2018, Davies worked for a variety of firms around South Wales, heading teams in large multinationals and niche practices.
Blake Morgan said the promotion “reflects Lisa’s expertise and continued commitment to providing first-class legal solutions to clients”, as well as her work to support its growth aspirations and commercial success.
Additionally, the firm said she has developed a “solid and loyal client base” over more than a decade, as well as forging links with accountants, financial advisers and other lawyers and professionals.
