Boyes Turner launches ‘pioneering’ One Lawyer service for divorce
The move comes in response to the introduction of ‘no fault divorces’ yesterday, which the firm dubbed the ‘biggest change in family law in a generation’

Boyes Turner’s family law team is set to launch a “pioneering” service that will enable divorcing couples to use one lawyer between them, moving away from the “adversarial approach of traditional divorces”.
The move comes in response to the introduction of ‘no fault divorces’ yesterday (6 April 2022), which the firm dubbed the “biggest change in family law in a generation”.
