Clifford Chance has advised Merrill Lynch International (BofA Securities) as sole sponsor and sole global coordinator and BNP Paribas, acting as joint bookrunner with BofA Securities, on the IPO and London premium listing of BCG.
The transaction raised approximately £380m of gross proceeds - taking into account the exercise of the over-allotment option - and valued BCG at approximately £825m on the London Stock Exchange on 30 June 2021.You'll need to
