Dentons hires leading asset based lending partner in London
Simon Prendergast has over 20 years' experience advising asset based lenders and corporate borrowers on UK and cross-border transactions
Dentons has announced it has recruited Simon Prendergast as a partner in the firm’s UK Banking and Finance division.
The firm said as “one of the leading asset based lending and receivables financing lawyers in the UK”, Prendergast joins the London office from Addleshaw Goddard where he has been a partner since 2013.
