DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has revealed it has successfully defended Fraser Fisher, the former CEO of Redcentric Plc, who was found not guilty by a jury having been accused by the FCA of misleading the stock market.

Following an investigation spanning over four years and a criminal trial lasting three months, Fisher, the former CEO of a listed company Redcentric Plc, who was accused of misleading the stock market, was unanimously found not guilty by a jury at Southwark Crown Court on Friday 11 February 2022.
