Harbottle and Lewis advises Panoply Holdings on acquisition

Harbottle and Lewis has advised technology services group The Panoply Holdings on its acquisition of Nudge Digital Limited (Nudge).
The acquisition strengthens the group’s overall position in healthcare whilst providing an entry into the pharmaceutical industry.

Charles Leveque led the team that advised The Panoply on the transaction with support from corporate associate Katerina Capras and trainee Jake Jacobson. Meanwhile tax partner David Scott and senior associate Morag Ofili advised on the tax aspects.
