Herbert Smith Freehills CEO elected to ICC executive board

D'Agostino has been a member of the ICC Governing Body on Dispute Resolution Services since October 2020, and he was the first ever chairman of the ICC Court's Belt and Road Commission

Herbert Smith Freehills’ chief executive officer (CEO), Justin D’Agostino, has been elected to the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) executive board, effective from 1 July 2022 for a three-year term.

The ICC represents over 45 million companies in over 100 countries, promoting international trade, responsible business conduct and a global approach to regulation.
