Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised FTSE 250 listed Shaftesbury PLC in connection with its all-share recommended merger with FTSE 250 listed Capital and Counties Properties PLC (Capco).
The combined group - to be named Shaftesbury Capital PLC - will create a leading mixed-use central London REIT, with a combined portfolio of approximately £5bn.
