Ince sees profits hit by cyber attack and Ukraine conflict

Ince also revealed that its final audited results are unlikely to be published before September due to its delayed acquisition of corporate adviser and stockbroker Arden Partners

International law firm Ince Gordon Dadds (Ince) has warned its profits are likely to be “short of expectations” as the war in Ukraine and a cyber attack impacted its performance.

In a trading update for the 52-week period ending 31 March, it said that as a result of a “challenging” last quarter of the financial year, overall revenue for FY22 was slightly below the prior year at approximately £97m (unaudited).
