Law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP (Katten) has raised its London associate pay scale by a minimum of £10,000 at each PQE level with discretionary bonus opportunities throughout the bands.

It announced that the new salary pay-grades which take effect immediately, and will be backdated to the 1 January 2022, are as follows:

NQs from £95,000 to £108,000
1-year PQE from £105,000 to £115,000
2-year PQE from £115,000 to £125,000
3-year PQE from £125,000 to £135,000
4-year PQE from £135,000 to £145,000
5-year PQE from £140,000 to £152,500
