Linklaters advises on Anand Rathi Wealth’s £65m IPO

Linklaters has revealed it advised the book running lead managers on the initial public offering (IPO) of Anand Rathi Wealth Limited, part of India’s leading financial services firm, Anand Rathi Group, on both the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The IPO received oversubscription from qualified institutional buyers, non-institutional investors, and retail investors. Upon listing, Anand Rathi Wealth Limited raised INR 6.6bn (approx. £65m).
The book running lead managers on the transaction comprised Equirus Capital, BNP Paribas, IIFL Securities and Anand Rathi Advisors.
