MacRoberts introduces hybrid working

The policy will see staff work two or three days in the office and two or three days remotely each week

Commercial law firm MacRoberts has introduced a hybrid working model instead of a mandated full return to the office, amid feedback from employees during the pandemic.

Decisions around which days employees work in the office and remotely are reportedly being taken by individual line managers, in regular consultation with their teams.
