Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Charles Stanley on a £278.9m recommended cash offer by Raymond James Financial, which was first announced on 29 July, 2021.
Raymond James UK Wealth Management Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Raymond James, will acquire the entire issue and be issued the share capital of Charles Stanley through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Charles Stanley shareholders will be entitled to receive £5.15 per share.
