Osborne Clarke advises Dstny on two acquisitions

Osborne Clarke has advised Dstny on its acquisition of two companies; the UK-based Microsoft Teams integration specialist Qunif, and the UK and Egypt-based Tactful AI, a technology start-up that provides an intelligent customer experience platform.
The team was led by corporate partner Simon Spooner and included senior associate James Archer and associate Liam O’Connor. Mat Oliver and Ben Doeh advised on tax and Kathryn Walters advised on employment.
Qunifi’s Call2Teams platform offers Teams integration for UCaaS providers. Its service spans the globe with end customers in over 100 countries and organisations with over 2 million Teams users relying upon Qunifi for their daily communications.
Dstny said that The acquisition is an “essential part” of its strategy in business integrations, which “accelerates how business value and innovation is added to Microsoft Teams users”.
