Drummond Miller is set to merge with Peacock Johnston following a new deal that will unite the Scottish medical negligence firm with its counterpart in the west of the country.

The 11-strong Peacock Johnston team, which includes six lawyers and five other staff, will join the Glasgow office of Drummond Miller, which has 14 partners and 100 other employees across five offices, including headquarters in Union Street, Edinburgh.
