Penningtons Manches Cooper has announced that its chief executive officer (CEO), David Raine, will step down in October this year, although he will remain at the firm providing strategic support and focusing on the firm’s sustainability agenda.

Raine will be succeeded by Helen Drayton, head of the business services division and a current member of the firm’s managing board.
