Slaughter and May advises Travers Smith on London letting
The move is set to take place in 2025, when the firm's existing property leases will come to an end
Slaughter and May is advising Travers Smith LLP on the pre-let of its new headquarters at Stonecutter Court, London.
Travers Smith will take the top nine floors of the building totalling 158,000 square feet, with an option to take either an additional floor, or reduce by one floor. Each of those floors are 20,000 square feet.
The move is set to take place in 2025, when the firm’s existing property leases will come to an end.
The Slaughter and May team worked closely with Simon Rutman, a real estate partner at Travers Smith LLP.
Managing partner Edmund Reed said: “We are a successful and dynamic firm, with ambitious plans. The move to Stonecutter Court shows our confidence in the future - an opportunity to build on our success and allow for growth in the coming years.
“With its modern, sustainable and inclusive design, this building reflects the vision for our business and will provide an exciting and vibrant working environment which will appeal to both our people and our clients.”
