Slaughter and May appoint Corporate and M&A practice heads
The promotions come as Andy Ryde and Roland Turnill step down from their leadership roles
Slaughter and May has announced the election of Simon Nicholls and Richard Smith as the new heads of its Corporate and M&A practice, both of whom will take up their new roles on 1 May 2022.
