Law firm Thomson Snell and Passmore has advised the shareholders of Cascade Pipeline Corporation, a manufacturer and supplier of specialist pipe fittings and services to the UK water sector, on its sale to Wolseley Infrastructure.
It said the acquisition will aim to support Wolseley as it continues its growth strategy in the UK water market.
