‘No-fault’ divorce sees surge in applications
Overall, 10,207 of applications were sole applications and 2,771 were joint applications
Over 12,000 new divorce applications have been filed between April 2021 to April 2022 as ‘no-fault’ divorce came into effect, according to HMCTS.
