Clifford Chance has announced the appointment of Ildefonso Alier, who will join as a partner in its Funds and Investment Management team on 1 June.
Alier joins 32 partners across Clifford Chance’s offices in Spain, Luxembourg, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands, who provide specialist advice to leading global and local fund managers in fund establishment, structuring and marketing as well as ongoing operational issues.You'll need to
