CMA appoints senior litigation director
It comes as the CMA has seen a steady increase in the volume and complexity of litigation across all areas of its work in recent years
The CMA has appointed Jessica Radke as its new senior litigation director following an open recruitment process, with Radke taking up her appointment on 25 April 2022.
Radke has been a part of the Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) Litigation team since 2017, with the majority of that time spent as litigation director.You'll need to
