Dentons poaches Addleshaw partner to lead disputes division

Dentons has onboarded Louisa Caswell, commercial disputes partner at Addleshaw Goddard to lead the firm’s UK disputes division.
Caswell, who will officially join the team in November, has been described by the firm as a “leading” commercial disputes partner - with over 18 years’ experience of commercial and corporate litigation.
Her clients include multinational companies, with a particular focus on the consumer, retail and pharmaceutical sectors.
Caswell practice also includes product safety and advises clients on product liability claims, group actions and product recalls.
In addition, she has “significant experience” of running large, complex litigation cases in the High Court of England and Wales.
