Kirkland & Ellis onboards Amy Fox as partner

She joins from the London office of Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett

Kirkland and Ellis has announced that Amy Fox will join the firm as a partner in the investment fund’s group  London office.

Fox advises private equity sponsors on the organisation and operation of European, Asian and global, large-cap funds. 

Her practice also includes advising on the structure and terms of executive carried interest, co-investment and similar incentive arrangements as well as both GP-led liquidity solutions and sponsor strategic transactions.

She joins from the London office of Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett.

Kirkland’s European investment funds practice has over 20 partners and advises many of Europe’s “preeminent investment fund sponsors” with respect to their fundraisings, ongoing fund-related matters (including liquidity solutions) and sponsor strategic transactions.
