Proskauer promotes four to partner in its London office

The firm currently employs over 725 lawyers serving clients from 12 offices located in the leading financial and business centers in the Americas, Europe and Asia

Proskauer, the international law firm, has announced the promotion of four of its lawyers in London to the position of partner.

The promotions make up part of the promotion of 26 lawyers, 14 to partner and 12 to senior counsel across all of its offices.

The four promoted in London are Andrew Houghton, Private Equity Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate; Jordan Hurwitz, Private Funds, Corporate; Vishnu Shankar, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, and Privacy and Cybersecurity, Corporate and Tony Downes, Private Equity Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate.

The firm currently employs over 725 lawyers serving clients from 12 offices located in the leading financial and business centers in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
