SRA launches research into gaps in legal provisions

The independent study will be led by professors Irene Scopelliti and Zachary Estes from the Bayes Business School of City University London

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has announced it has commissioned new research that will take a “wide-ranging” look into what gaps in legal provision may exist, and what impact this might have on different groups of consumers.
