Knowledge management (KM) as a critical business function has been growing in importance over the last decade or so, but the pandemic has definitely proven to be a catalyst, making it a table stakes requirement for law firms today. Recent research supports this view too – firms are increasing their investment in KM, as business leaders recognise the value of knowledge as a strategic asset, especially as hybrid working is going to be the mainstay of business.
