Extinction Rebellion conviction overturned at Old Bailey
It comes after Amelia Halls was arrested for protesting on Hartmann Road, a road on the approach to London City Airport, in October 2019
Garden Court Chambers has announced that Shina Animashaun from its protest team has successfully overturned XR conviction for client Amelia Halls, an Extinction Rebellion protester.
