DLA Piper advises on Howden’s acquisition of Aston Lark

DLA Piper has advised the management team of insurance broker Aston Lark on its acquisition by Howden, from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Bowmark Capital.
The move marks Howden’s largest acquisition to date and will reportedly create a UK business managing over £6bn of gross written premium for more than 1.You'll need to
