London firm Mishcon de Reya and Cambridge-based business Taylor Vinters have announced that they have entered a strategic combination in order to create a new business, MDR Taylor Vinters, set to be led by the Taylor Vinters Management Team.

The partnership has come after both firms outlined their ambition to become “technologically transformed” as well as to be a “disruptive” innovator in legal and consultancy services.
