Ridley and Hall acquires Newman and Bond

Ridley and Hall has announced the acquisition of Newman and Bond in Barnsley for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition of the firm will aim to further the group’s residential and commercial property advice, family law and wills, probate and estate planning offering and extend its geographic reach.

The deal sees Jane Munden and Jill Leece joining the firm as partners along with the rest of the 15-strong Barnsley firm. The team will continue to be based at its premises in Church Street, Barnsley.
