Simmons and Simmons has announced that David Kidman is to join the firm’s dispute resolution practice, as a partner in the product liability team.

Kidman will be based in the firm’s London office from 28 March and he joins Simmons from DWF where he’s been a product liability partner for the last six years, building a practice which specialises in advising clients on product liability and recall, property damage and policy coverage.
