WBD advises on major Bristol land sale
This is the latest in a series of four transactions where WBD advised its private landowner clients on the sale of land to Taylor Wimpey
Law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has advised one of its longstanding landowner clients on the sale of a site near Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, which is set to be developed to build over 700 homes.
The land was acquired by housebuilders Taylor Wimpey and Bellway South West, who will each build around 380 homes following a Reserved Matters planning application.You'll need to
