What is your history in the business?
I started in law in 2006 as a trainee at Linklaters. Since I trained, I have worked in various product areas – initially restructuring distressed private equity transactions following the Global Financial Crisis, but then moving, in around 2012, to specialise in corporate finance.You'll need to
