New chief executive appointed for HM Courts and Tribunals Service
Kevin Sadler will remain interim chief executive until 25 March to ensure a full handover
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has appointed Nick Goodwin as the new chief executive of Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS), following the retirement of interim chief executive Kevin Sadler.
He will take up the position on 14 March 2022 and Kevin Sadler will remain interim chief executive until 25 March 2022 to ensure a full handover.
